Exhausted

Wishing this was a test
Not simple
But at any point
Able to stop
Give up
Turn it in
And move on
To something else
Unfortunately
I am working
On no task
And have
No reward to reap
Just another day
Where a nap
Seems like the best idea
To stop these heavy lids
Blinking to the point
Of being uncomfortable
From closing
Leaving me asleep
In the wrong place
And at the wrong time

Thanks ladies-appreciat the support. This was exactly as I felt this morning in the blistering heat sitting beside an indoor pool.

If this is suppose to be about when you were sweating it out by the hot pool, how could you even think about taking a nap?

90 degree pool indoors with an air temp of 87 or so when I am dressed for winter = sleepy
And Mandy-make your profile visible to others-well then again-you probably dont have one.
